Luchre provided full-spectrum project management on Nia Pearl’s debut EP Nia Lo, released in August 2024. From curating songs and organizing additional studio sessions to shaping the creative messaging, we were deeply involved in both the artistic and strategic elements of the project. This messaging guided all marketing, PR, and digital rollouts, ensuring a cohesive narrative across channels. Our team also led quality control efforts—overseeing timelines, vendor deliverables, and performance metrics—to ensure the project met its creative and commercial goals.
